  • What kind of products do you offer?

    We offer thoughtfully designed apparel, accessories, wall art, and pride-themed items—including tees, hoodies, journals, phone cases, and even pet bowls.

  • Are your products ethically made?

    We’re a design and brand business, so we don’t run our own factories. Every item is made to order by our print-on-demand partner, Printful, whose major suppliers have all signed its Vendor Compliance Manual. We rely on Printful’s published standards and can’t audit factories ourselves. You can read the details on our Sustainability page.

  • Do you offer gender neutral sizing?

    Absolutely. Most of our apparel is unisex, and we aim to make all designs inclusive and affirming for everybody

  • Can I customise a product or request a collaboration?

    We love creative partnerships! Reach out via our Contact page to discuss custom ideas or collaborations.

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Japan, plus selected Asia-Pacific destinations and the UAE (China, Indonesia, Singapore, India, South Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, Fiji, Hong Kong, Malaysia). Your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our checkout total. Please check with your local customs office for estimates.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Your order is made to order and typically takes 2–5 business days to produce, then ships. Delivery times vary based on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

  • What's your return policy?

    If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
