It’s so good to see you.
Hey, Mik here, founder and CEO of Make Good Choices.
This movement started with a simple idea: that kindness should be visible. That care should be loud. That good choices, big or small, can ripple outward and change lives.
But this isn't just theory for me, it's lived experience.
I've battled depression, anxiety, and addiction. I spent years hiding it all, thinking I could "manage it on my own." I know what it's like to feel isolated, ashamed, and unsure of where you fit.
My whole life, I never felt truly included. I wasn't "man enough," I wasn't "gay enough," I wasn't "enough." And I would never wish that feeling on anyone.
So Make Good Choices was born. For you. For me. For everyone.
We're here to make care visible, to turn kindness into culture, and to remind people they're not alone. That healing is possible. That joy is powerful. That community is everything and ours lives every day over at @makegoodchoices_shop, where real people show up, share honestly, and remind each other of something worth holding onto:
You are extraordinary. You being here adds to the light around us.
I'm absolutely stoked you're here. If we ever meet, you'll get a massive squeeze.
The Movement, The Message, The Brand
A movement born from lived experience, emotional complexity, and the radical belief that kindness can change everything.
Make Good Choices was born from lived experience, the kind that doesn't fit neatly into a wellness caption.
We exist for the people navigating mental health, identity, and life's messier moments who need more than inspiration. They need to feel seen. We believe kindness is a leadership skill, joy is an act of resistance, and that real honest stories are what actually shift culture.
So we show up with warmth, without judgement, and without pretending any of this is simple.
Because every person who walks through here deserves to feel seen, supported, and reminded that the world is better with them in it.
